Program called »Pamet v roke, kondom na glavo!«, meaning be smart, wear a condom, was created for HIV/AIDS prevention for men who have sexual encounters with other men (MSM). One part of the program is sharing the information about HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs) along with tackling stigma of living with HIV and the other is the promotion of safer sex (use a condom!) and of anonymous, free of charge testing for HIV and other STIs.
The program educates and prepares volunteers for field work and promotion of safer sex. It creates a cooperative relationship with experts from the field of primary and secondary prevention of HIV and STIs. Through the spillover effect it raises awareness in general public as well. An online blog called Glavca is also a part of the program.
