The philosophy of this project is simple. LGBTIQA+ people still do not have all of the rights and equality is not yet realized. Along with the fight with politicians, it is important to raise awareness and gain support in the general public. With this project, we are encouraging allies of LGBTIQA+ to support the community and make it clear that they believe in equality and stand against homophobia, biphobia, transphobia and other forms of discrimination against LGBTIQA+ persons.
You are welcome to support the project as well. All you have to do it take a photo with #VsiZaMavrico or #AllForRainbow (which you can make yourself or you can print one of the pre-made ones) and post it on your social media, using the hashtag #VsiZaMavrico or #AllForRainbow and tagging our organization Društvo DIH in the photo. With this action we are supporting a small Russian project – Straights for Rainbow, which they created with the same purpose of showing support for the LGBTIQA+ community all around the world. The political discrimination of LGBTIQA+ people in Russia is very strong, hence why the project was designed.
